As a proud partner of REturn Realty Group, Inc., I bring 15 years of experience in providing services for home-buyers and sellers. I began my career with buying, selling and retaining real estate through foreclosures and short sales and now I am a real estate broker in both MA & NH. With my extensive knowledge of the industry, I will provide professional, responsive and attentive services during your home buying or selling process. My goal is to make this process fun, easy and stress free. When I’m not assisting my clients, I enjoy attending my daughter’s sporting events and volunteering on the board of Lynn Youth Soccer as their fundraiser.

I began my real estate journey when I purchased my first home 10 years ago. I started as a real estate investor but when given the opportunity to help a friend purchase their first home, I realized how fulfilling it was to help others with their real estate transaction.. My specialty is educating first time home buyers with their purchase. Originally from the Dominican Republic, I am fluent in both Spanish and English.

When not working in real estate, I have been an elementary school teacher in Lynn for the past twenty-nine years. I also host trivia shows in local restaurants a few nights a week. During the warm weather I love going for long motorcycle rides and I am the proud owner of an Australian Shepard named Guinness.

Growing up in the Northshore area, Domenica has a thorough knowledge of the area and a deep connection to this beautiful part of our State. Her journey began in the Boston area with rentals to college students to present day selling, buying, renting, and managing in the Northshore area. She comes from a background of sales, hospitality, and customer service which gave her a unique insight into how to bargain, find the best deal, market properties, and see potential in all properties. Domenica invested in a property that was a fixer upper with a vision not many could see. She was able to secure that purchase without a bidding war and completely renovate that home. Today that property is now her primary residence. With 12 years in real estate, she has experience in sales, rentals, investment properties, and property management. Domenica entered the Real Estate world in order to meet new people, help people accomplish homeownership and be her own boss. Domenica has always been committed and excited to help her clients find the perfect place to call home.
